Life can be incredibly challenging sometimes. I have experienced a number of challenges in my own life and this is what got me interested in coaching.I have been a coach for six years and my breadth of training and experience underpins my coaching and counselling practice. I am very passionate about motivating and empowering people to reach within themselves and achieve their dreams. I have a particular interest in professional organising. I firmly believe that helping clients declutter their physical environment will inevitably lead to clearer thinking and better decision making. Our physical environment is often a reflection on our inner emotional state and clearing clutter often helps us think clearer.As I am a trained therapist I can support clients in processing the reasons behind their often compulsive hoarding.
I offer evening and weekend coaching as I realise many of my clients work during the day.

Special Online Booking Offers
I offer 6, 10 or 12 session coaching packages and these tend to spread over 3 to 6 months depending on the issues you bring. The cost per session is £60.
There will be email contact between sessions, however, there is no additional fee for this. Contact between sessions is important as one of my roles is to keep you motivated and on track.
Should you wish to have longer term coaching sessions this can be negotiated.
